Caturra is a coffee varietal that has stood the test of time and has helped Aquiares consolidate as a high quality producing farm. We decided to roast this varietal slightly darker than our other coffees to acentuate the intense caramel notes that characterize its profile. This coffee is then suitable for use in both filter preparation as well as espresso.
